Tearing down strongholds

I think too many people make strongholds out to be a complex subject. Strongholds are merely incorrect thinking patterns. They are patterns in our minds that are programmed to think contrary to the truth.

For example, a common scenario is where a person feels dirty, guilty and is shameful of their past. They are so used to thinking about their past, that it's driven the person to think and feel like a failure! They feel unworthy to have a close intimate relationship with God, which greatly affects their spiritual strength, faith, and relationship with Him. No wonder Satan tries to build such strongholds in our minds!

 

So how does Satan build these strongholds?

He starts by reminding us of our past failures and sins. He brings up things that we ought not to be dwelling upon, and tries to make us agree with him on how badly we failed. We then have the choice to listen and agree with him, or listen to God's Word (which is telling us that those sins have been washed away). If we take the devil's bait and begin to mediate on our failures, it will begin to pull us down spiritually and strongholds will develop. We will begin to see ourselves as failures because we've taken the bait and chose to meditate on a lie that the devil has fed us!

It is also not uncommon to find a person who picks up a demonic spirit through sin (such as fornication), and that demon uses its newly gained rights (or ability) in the person's mind to quickly build strongholds. Since the demon is able to influence the person from the inside now, it can get the job done much quicker. This is not an uncommon scenario! Not only does the demonic spirit(s) need to be driven out, but the stronghold also needs to be torn down before the person will experience a complete breakthrough.

 

Strongholds can and do play a big part of how we feel

If we think we are a failure, we will feel like failures. If you think you're hopeless, you will feel hopeless. If you know you are forgiven, you'll feel clean inside. If you constantly think of your past failures, you will see yourself as associated with them. If you constantly think of how you have been separated from your past when the Blood of Jesus has washed it away, you will feel bright and clean inside. Changing the way you think can make a big difference in the way you feel!

 

How do we tear down strongholds?

Strongholds are built upon deception and lies that we've accepted into our minds. So how do you counter a lie? How do you counter deception? With the truth. Where do we find the truth? In the Word of God. As we can see in Ephesians, this weapon is known as the sword of the Spirit: Ephesians 6:17, "...the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

In 2 Corinthians, we are told that our spiritual weaponry is designed to tear down strongholds:

2 Corinthians 10:3-5, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds ;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."

This is a great verse that gives us a good idea of how we are to go about tearing down strongholds in our minds. First, since the sword of the Spirit is the offensive piece of our weaponry, it is a great tool for tearing down strongholds. You need to go on the offensive to tear down a stronghold, and the Word of God is the weapon you cannot afford not to use.

So when the devil tries to tell us, "You really messed up, haven't you?"

You need to counter it with, "1 John 3:5 tells me that the reason Jesus went to the cross was to take away that sin! Hebrews 8:12 tells me that even God has chosen to forget my sin!" Does Satan hate that? It reminds him of the days when he tried tempting Jesus:

Satan said to Jesus, "If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread." (Matthew 4:3)

But Jesus replied with, "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4)

What did Satan do? After Jesus did that a few times, he had no choice but to hit the road... his efforts were useless against Jesus! Jesus knew the relevant scriptures to quote, and took away Satan's ability to influence Him!

Let's go back to 2 Corinthians again and see what else it has to say:

2 Corinthians 10:3-5, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds ;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."

As we can see, we are told to cast down imaginations. What are imaginations? They are things that we imagine... the devil usually plants them in our minds when he asks us a question that starts out with "What if..." Don't waste your time trying to reason things with the devil. Just throw it out and leave him hanging! Get your mind on God's Word and off of what the devil is trying to tell you.

What else are we told in this verse? We are to cast down every thought that comes into our minds that opposes the knowledge of God. What is the knowledge of God? Since God associates Himself with His Word (John 1:1), if anything comes into our minds that is contrary to God's Word, throw it out! Do not waste your time thinking about it or trying to reason with it. If Satan is trying to tell you that God does not want to forgive you, then don't listen to it. Why? Because His Word says otherwise:

Isaiah 30:18, "Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you."

Not only does He want to forgive your sins, so that your relationship with Him can be restored, He longs (which means He deeply desires) to do so! One of the last things Satan wants us to know is God's forgiving and loving nature towards us even after we have messed up!

As you can see, strongholds are built on lies and deception. How do you counter such things? With truth! Where do you find truth? In the Word of God! Stop thinking about what Satan has been feeding you, and begin to meditate on God's Word. Take verses in the Bible that run contrary to what the devil's been feeding you, and repeat them to yourself over and over out loud. Think about them often, and meditate on them. The devil got his stronghold built by causing you to meditate on his lies and deception, so if you want to tear down that stronghold, you need to begin meditating on the exact opposite, which is God's Word.

Listening to and reasoning with the things the devil puts in your mind is exactly what he wants you to do. It feed his strongholds when you allow your mind to meditate on Satan's word (opposite of God's Word). Cut him off at the source and say NO to the garbage he's been feeding you, and at the same time turn to God's Word. Begin to feed, meditate upon, think about often and dwell upon on the truth. It will stop Satan dead in his tracks!

It is also possible to have strongholds in place because demonic spirits have attached themselves to you at some point or another, and need to be driven out. If you work hard at tearing down strongholds by applying the truths in God's Word and this teaching, and yet you seem to hit a wall, it may be because a demonic spirit needs to be driven out. It is very possible (and not uncommon) to experience quite a bit of freedom through applying the principals in this teaching even if there is a demonic spirit present, but you will only go so far and feel like you're hitting a wall. That is a sign of a demon at work that needs to be driven out. It can be awfully hard to battle when they are working on you from the inside out. Resisting them from the outside is easy, but resisting them when they are on the inside can be extremely hard. If you seem to have reached an immovable mountain, you might want to consider the possibility of needing to have an unclean spirit driven out.

Many Christians today believe that they cannot have demons... nothing could be further from the truth! When you're in the ministry of deliverance, you see very sincere believers manifest demons quite often. I was one myself... a very sincere believer who dearly loved the Lord... and yet I faced awful demonic bondages and have been through deliverance!

 The process of deliverance often consists of three main parts: Tearing down strongholds, removing legal rights and then casting out the remaining demons. If you try to cast out demons without taking away the strongholds or legal rights that they are holding onto, then you can't really expect to achieve a complete successful deliverance. Removing these two blockages is vital in going about a complete and successful deliverance.

What are legal rights?

A legal right is something that can give demons an opportunity to enter or harass us, or gives them the right to remain in us even when we try to cast them out. Some of the most common legal rights that are faced when ministering deliverance are:

Sins (especially wilful sins): When we commit sin, it gives the enemy a legal right to affect or bother us in one way or another. The deeper the sin, the bigger the door that is opened to the devil. When a person allows unholy thoughts to enter their mind, it can open the door to a demon of lust, which eventually causes the person to commit adultery and the matter is compounded. It starts when the enemy tempts us to think the wrong thing, then when we accept it and make it a habit, it opens the door for the enemy to move in further, then behind the bad habit which can be formed, lies a demonic compulsion that isn't easily resisted. If the person continues down this path, he continues to open more doors to the enemy, and eventually that person finds himself committing adultery, rape, etc. because the feelings and desires the demons push on that person are irresistible. Once he commits those sins, mega doors are then opened, and the problem is like a snowball going down the hill. Sin opens the door to demons, which push us in the direction to more sins, which open us, wider to more demons, etc.

The remedy:

Repentance! Verbally confess and repent of your sins that have given the enemy legal rights in your life. If you recognize a particular sin or sins that has opened the door to the bondage you are seeking deliverance from, it helps to specifically repent of that sin. Any larger or gross sins you can remember are always good to repent of specifically.

1 John 1:9 tells us to confess our sins. If we don't confess our sins and instead we hide them from God, it leaves that sin remaining in our lives. We need to confess our sins in order to be forgiven.

Soul ties: It is possible for two persons to share spiritual ties (like spiritual bridges that connect the two persons). Some of the most popular and destructive soul ties are formed during an adultery or fornication. 1 Corinthians 6:16 warns us not to have sexual relations with a prostitute because we become one flesh (flesh as in soul realm kind of flesh, not a physical flesh) with that person. This ungodly soul tie is like a rope between two persons that demons can use to their advantage to cross from one person to another. If that person had demons tormenting them, and you had sex with them, it unites the two persons, and therefore a soul tie is created, and the demons tormenting that person can also have rights to torment you. This does not apply to married couples, because there is no unhealthy soul tie created from sex within marriage. The Bible says that the marriage bed is un-defiled, and defilement is required to create an evil soul tie.

The remedy:

 Repentance, renunciation and breaking of soul ties! First, specifically repent of the sin which caused the soul tie to be formed in the first place. Then you can use your authority in Jesus to break and sever the unholy soul tie. Saying something like this should do the job, "I now renounce, break and sever all unholy soul ties created between me and _____ through the act of adultery in Jesus' name!"

There can also be soul ties between yourself and another person, without any sexual relationship involved. Sexual relationships are one of the best ways to create a very strong soul tie, but it's not the only way. Other soul ties can be created through unhealthy relationships, such as being so close to a parent that you take their advice over God's advice. Again, repentance and the breaking of the soul ties in Jesus' name is the way to go about solving this problem.

Another thing that could hold back the breaking of a soul tie, is a physical object given to you from the other person, through a sinful relationship. If you were given a ring, or bra or a love gift through an adulterous relationship, for example, then those gift(s) can hold the soul tie together. If the gift is valuable, and not necessarily bad in itself, then it's best to sell the gift. If the gift is demonic or unholy, then it's best to throw away the gift.

Demonic vows: A demonic vow can be like a spiritual signature that the enemy uses as a legal right to gain access into our lives. Demonic vows can be made consciously or unconsciously. Often when a person joins a cult coven (a group of witches), they are required to make vows with the devil. Demonic vows can be made unconsciously just by dabbling with the occult. Just by getting curious about the occult and reading forbidden materials (including horoscopes) can give the enemy your spiritual signature; it tells the enemy know that you’re interested. Jesus warns us not to make any vows at all. The only vows I can see are practical and good are those made during a marriage ceremony.

 

 

The remedy:

 But if we have made vows that do not glorify God, then we should repent and renounce those vows verbally and seek God's forgiveness. Do this verbally; because vows are made verbally, breaking them is also done verbally.

Un-forgiveness: When we don't forgive others, God won't forgive us. When God doesn't forgive us, it leaves our sins remaining, which can give the enemy legal rights into our lives. Read Matthew 18:23-35, and keep in mind that the tormenters they are referring to, are demons. The legal ground the enemy may be standing on to torment you may very well be rooted in un-forgiveness! I've heard that the single most common reason that people aren't healed is because they are holding un-forgiveness in their hearts, and I believe it! Forgiveness is not an option; it's a necessity! The remedy:

 Repent for holding bitterness in your heart against others, and make a solid choice to forgive those who have wronged you (also confirm your choice by verbally forgiving them), and release the bitterness and hurt from your heart against them.

Ancestral sins: When you involve yourself in the deeper sins or the occult world, you not only open demonic doors in your own life, but also in the lives of your children and grandchildren (Exodus 20:5). If your ancestors have committed gross sins or been involved in the occult, then it's a good idea to confess those sins (to the best of your ability... God knows your heart), and ask Him for forgiveness (Leviticus 26:40-42). Even though you personally aren't guilty of those sins, they may have caused curses in your life, and those curses need to be broken. Common ways to tell if ancestral sins are involved is if your siblings or ancestors have experienced or are experiencing the same or similar problem that you are.

The remedy

 The legal grounds have already been broken! If any spirits are remaining, they must be cast out. For more information, see the teaching on Generational Curses.

Childhood rejection: Much demonic bondage is caused during childhood. For example, if a parent shows rejection toward their child, a spirit of rejection may enter.

The remedy:

 If you have been rejected by either your parents or somebody else, you must make a solid choice to forgive that person(s), and release the hurt in your heart against them. The spirit of rejection is usually present in these situations, and should be renounced.

Points of weakness: When the person experiences weakness, such as emotional shock, physical trauma, fearful experiences during childhood, and other areas to which the natural walls of defence in the physical, spiritual or emotional system of a person are weakened, it leaves us vulnerable for the enemy to attach himself to us. The same is true with drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, and especially true with drugs, because they lower our defences, and since demons thrive on weakness, they love to move right in and setup camp.

The remedy:

 If there was any bitterness involved (say somebody caused the traumatic experience for you, and you are still holding it against them), then you must forgive the person who hurt you, and repent for harbouring bitterness in your heart against them. If the point of weakness was caused by your own sin, such as drinking or drugs, then confess and repent of that sin. If the demons entered solely through traumatic experience, and none of it was anybody's fault, then the demons are 100% trespassers in this situation, and need to be told to leave!

Spoken self-curses: The words we say have spiritual value, the Bible says to bless and not curse, and that the tongue has the power of life and death. If you walk around saying, "I wish I could just die," a demon may hear you and can go to God and say, "Look, she wants to die!" and here comes a spirit of death.

The remedy:

 Take back what you spoke against yourself, renounce it! Repent for speaking such thing(s), and break the curse(s) in Jesus' name!

Cursed objects: Physical objects can carry spiritual value, such as idols, occult books, rings, movies, charms, etc. If you brought any Indian or pagan religion artefacts into your home, you could be opening the door for demons to enter and bother the people within your home. Land can also become defiled by the sins of its owners (Leviticus 18:27).

The remedy:

 Burn, destroy or get rid of any physical objects that you have located that could be cursed. Isaiah 2:18, "And the idols he shall utterly abolish." It is Biblical to burn cursed objects. Repent for bringing such objects into your home if you are responsible for them! Land can be cleansed by prayer and repenting of the sins of the previous owners.

Renounce demons: Renounce any known demons that have been invited in (ex. spirit guides), and any interest or involvement in the occult or Satanism. Also renounce any demons that you know need to be cast out. This helps let the demons know that you are no longer interested in having them around.

Other helpful things to look for: When did the bondage start? Try to pinpoint how the problem started and what gave the demons the ability to enter. Look for any involvement in the occult, sins, vows, traumatic experiences, etc. along with any unusual happenings emotionally, spiritually or mentally.

 

Prayer for Deliverance:

In Jesus name,

Let  there be freedom  and   liberty in   my  spirit  soul  and  body  as  I make  this   declaration!

Let my confession affect every realm of the spirit. May God`s judgement fall upon all satanic, demonic or marine spirit which stands against my health, business, family in Jesus ‘name!             

I reject and renounce every known and unknown evil covenant in Jesus ‘name. I reject every   demonic dedication and sacrifice made in my name. I burn every evil altar witches and wizards use to offer sacrifices against my destiny. I withdraw my name and image from every evil altar. I withdraw anything representing me at every evil altar. I reject   every evil burden and I tear up every evil satanic veil. I tear up every grave cloth and burn them by fire of God. I reject every fake identity, life and representation of my life in Jesus ‘name.

Jesus ‘name, I render powerless every mind control spirit.  I set my mind free from the influence of marine`s kingdom.

Any deadly thing that  has  entered me  through dream, orifices, food: I lay my hands on my  head and  stomach and I commend   them  to  come   out   by   water,  air  or any other means  in  Jesus ‘name. I receive by faith, total recovery and restoration in all areas of my life by the   resurrection power and life of the lord Jesus   Christ.

From Death to Victory: My Personal Experience

 My encounter with the Devil

 

“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did not eat anything: and they were ended, he afterward hungered. ”

(Luke 2:1- 14 KJV) 

In year 2000, precisely in October, as we continued doing God`s will in the church, one day the Lord spoke to me in a dream about what the enemy had planned against our church. (Bear in mind, I was still physically tired because of seven years of infirmities during that time.) 

 

After the Lord had spoken to me, we decided to have an all-night prayer service in the church; my friends and I actually agreed to fast on that day.

 

As I went to church that night, I remember it was very cold and there was no lighting inside the church. Around 1 am while I was sleeping on the church’s bench, waiting for brethren to come and join me to start our prayer meeting, suddenly something strange happened. It was like in dream, I saw as if the church doors were open, and somebody came in. I thought it was a dream, suddenly; I woke up and realized that it was not a dream, because I saw somebody standing in front of me. I can tell you that it was the prince of darkness of this world, the Devil in the natural.

In the natural, I saw him. I cannot describe what he looked like, but I can tell you that was one ugly thing. He was like a dark shadow standing in front of me. His face had no features. His hand only had two long fingers at least eighty inches. With a scary voice, he said to me: `Medyt, Medyt, my soul desires you, my soul desires again. I want to finish you off. It`s been a while that you are preventing me from doing my will. That is why I came to eliminate you`.

The moment he was still talking and I was still inside the church in dark by myself, then I opened my mouth, and said loud: `Jesus`, then, he run away.

Dear readers, more often, whenever we had a program all of us attended but that night, nobody came. For the enemy meant it to happen this is way.

The other day I went back to church to explain to my fellow brethren about what happened, unfortunately none of them understood either what I said or the danger I faced. Then I decided to speak to my pastor about it, unfortunately, he also advised me not much.

Death experience

New infirmities

 

Due to the experience I encountered during the night with Satan, I began to wonder what was going to happen to me. I prayed God to take away any temptation and not to allow the enemy to attack me. I could not bear any sufferings any longer because I was weak in my flesh due to the infirmity I suffered.

After the event, matter of fact the following week of the same month, I woke up one Monday morning and began to feel enormous pain in the middle of my head. Even so, I felt as if my head was separated in two parts in the middle.

When this started, I thought it was normal pain as usual. I just took some painkillers to ease the pain, unfortunately, this was getting worse. I went to see the doctor, after several examinations, he found that there was nothing wrong with me and he told me I was not sick at all, nevertheless, he prescribed me some medication at least.

I went home hoping that I was going to get better. Later in my prayers, I started reminding God that I was already in pain for long period and I did not deserve to suffer again. I started asking questions to know what wrong I did to go through that type of pain again. However, when I was praying, I had no revelation whatsoever; the Lord did not speak to me at all.

Six months later, I realized that my health condition was getting worse. My eyes were getting dim. My visual capacity diminished up to the point that I lost my sight. I was unable to see even my own hand. I could not see my house entrance. In order to go outside my room, I had to touch the walls to find the way out. I could not even recognize people’s faces anymore. I became blind. Day by day, my breathing became abnormal as I was getting out of breath quickly. I began to lose weight. I lost appetite and could not eat properly.  I had constant intensive pain in my head which went through my whole body. My body was swelling up. I had things coming out of my body that made me incapable to wear any clothes. My body was getting cold inside. I felt I had heart disease. I started walking with my head laid on the side; I lost my left hand as this got paralysed. And because of the pain, I was no longer able to sleep at night.

I remember going to see my doctor Pereira one more time, but he noticed that my breathing rhythm was abnormal and felt as if I was going to die; He then told me that there was nothing else he could do to help me survive, except to pray for God`s supernatural intervention over my life. He told me to have faith in God and keep on believing in His divine healing. Praise God, I am still here!

Rejection

 

Because of these unusual circumstances, every time I went to church, I asked people to pray for me. However, the more they prayed, the more my health condition was getting worse.

One day, church leaders came to me to my dwelling and told me that the reason why they did not want to pray for me was that they believed that I was cursed by God. They accused me of sinning against God. After speaking bad things of me, they left me alone and rejected me.

Only one of the leaders among the seven named Andrew` showed some compassion towards me and prayed for me continuously.

I remember ,one day I went to pay a visit to a best friend of mine, as I was at his place and wanted to use their toilets, I asked him for the permission. Then he pointed out where the toilets were. Unfortunately, because I was blind I could not see them. I stood up touching the walls. I asked him again, and then he realized that I was blind.

He then started being angry at God. He told me to abandon God.  On the contrary, my reply to him was: ` It is the Lord who gives sight and takes it away, therefore, I cannot deny Him`.

Then he added that since I did not want to listen to him, I was no longer his friend. Moreover, he casted me out of his house. The same day, as I went back to my parent house, my mother saw me, and then perceived that I was seriously sick. She wanted to find out what was wrong with me. Then, I told her all was well. In fact, I did not want her to know anything about me by fear of persecution.

She was very upset with me and later decided to throw me out of the house. She told me that I was no longer her son. I was casted out of the house during the night in the rain without having anywhere else to go.

At that moment, I knew in my mind that the enemy was at work. I picked up my bible and spent the night outside.

Can you imagine dear readers, I was battling with death, I was blind and paralysed, I was in intensive pain and walked with my head on the side, I was rejected by people from church, my family and best friends. Nevertheless, in all this I learnt to trust God. To give Him thanks in all things. I learnt to forgive those who reject me.

Now I understand that I had to go through those things to be prepared and ready for the work God called me to fulfil.

Spiritual attacks

 

“Because you have kept my word of patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the earth”( Revelation 3:10 KJV)

 

Because of constant pains and death experience, I became so weak in my flesh and did not afford to even pray. Whenever I bowed on my knees to pray, I just said to God with tears in my eyes: `here I am Lord`.

 Often in my dreams, the Lord would reveal me the enemy was getting ready to amplify their attacks against me. There were times when I entered my room; I saw snakes and frogs on my bed. In fact, there was no way for them to access my room because the house was fully fitted.  Naturally speaking those animals looked like snakes and frogs but in the supernatural, they all represented evil spirits sent by the devil just to annoy me.

 The other day when I went to the toilet, I saw new coins of money around the toilet seat, and the Lord said to me: “this is venomous money, don’t touch it Medyt!” Meaning that, the kingdom of darkness wanted to exchange my life with their money. They tried to take my life away by any means.

I remember, I was in the high street the other day and was standing far from the main road, suddenly without any reason whatsoever, I found myself in the middle of the main road were cars pass by. Then when I looked back, all of sudden I saw a bus coming behind me speedily. There was not enough time for me to run off the road.  People around me were scared and screamed aloud: `he is going to die`!  Miraculously, I was moved off the road in a fraction of second. Hard to explain this until now. I wonder how I found myself in middle of the road and how I was moved away from it in a fraction of second. It is something unusual that I cannot explain but only God knows what actually happened. Thanks to God for sending his Angel to deliver me as it is written: “The angel of the Lord encamps around those who   fear Him, and each of them He delivers. “ (Psalm 34: 7 AMPV)

The other day as I was in high Street again, I heard a big thunder with lightning. It blew just over my heard. It exploded over my head up to the point I was able to see and smell the smoke. Suddenly all the people around me fell on the ground screaming with loud voices. They were all afraid of that terrible thing.  Meantime, the Holy Spirit spoke to me about the origin of the thunder. He said, it was directed against me to kill me, this had failed.

The other day, when I was sleeping in my bedroom at around 2 am, the wind began to blow, trees outside our home started to fall off, the house started shaking somehow. I was so terrified.  Suddenly, I saw through the window glass an evil spirit in a form of a huge Eagle coming to land on my bedroom’s roof. I got scared and started praying for God`s protection over me. Then God delivered me. That evil spirit did not even approach near me. It just took away one of our house’s roof and flew away. This Eagle was assigned by the devil to finish me off.

One day I was standing in the courtyard of the house, as people were passing by, suddenly without any contact with anything whatsoever, I fell over and got knocked off against the house’s wall. When I stood up, I wondered why and this had happened to me.

Dear friends, this is pure reality and not fiction. The kingdom of darkness is not a fairy tale but it is real deal. This is my personal experience. 

Spiritual Warfare

“For no temptation has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man. But God is faithful , and He cannot let you be tempted beyond your strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation, He will also provide a way out, that you may be capable strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.” (1Corinthians 10: 13 AMPV) 

I thank God for allowing me to sit and pass my exam before experiencing all these attacks from the enemy. Although I was still struggling with pain and infirmities, one day I decided to go to School to collect my results.

I went to school to check my results knowing that I passed exams with distinction. However, when I was there, I found out that my name was deleted from the results list. In fact I was no longer counted among those who successfully passed their exams. I did not know why, but I trusted God to turn things around for me.

I had nothing to show proof of my results. One month later, a friend of mine named Christian told me that he had found my results papers in the high school’s corridor on the floor. Until now, I do not know how he got them, but thanks to God, he brought them to me! I blessed the Lord for using him in this manner, because at least I had a proof that I passed my exams with distinction. When I found them, I rejoiced expecting to sort my things out. Then, I left high school straight way. As I was walking down the main road, after almost 200 yards, I realized that the certificates I held in my hand had disappeared. I did not find them any longer. Until now, I do not understand how, where and when I got them lost. There were mysteriously gone, strange thing isn`t it?

Few months later, a friend of mine named “Francine” spoke to me about graduation day. I told her that I could not make it because of the pain. She decided to go and collect my other certificates. After collecting them, she put them in her handbag. After she got on the bus and opened her bag, she now realized that the certificates had disappeared too. She got scared because she knew the realities of my life, then she informed me about that.

When I did receive the news, I went straight into my room and thanked God for what happened. Then I prayed unto Him, saying:  “Lord, if it is your will that I may have those certificates back, I believe you would surely make a way until I get them back, but above all, let your will be done, not mine!” 

However, the Lord heard my prayer, because six months later the certificates were found in unexpected place. I still have them with me until now.

My Victory

 

“O death, where is your thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be unto God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”(1 Corinthians 15:55-57 KJV)

I lost hope; furthermore, that spirit of death kept coming against me, disturbing my health and making me lose strength.

One day, that evil spirit caused me to go by the seaside and I found myself by the bridge. I stood on the bridge above the waters and I felt as if my breath was stopping any time. I became hopeless as I was partially blind and paralysed. Suddenly a voice started to jump into the sea. As I was about to do that, I heard another audible voice from the Lord, saying: `Medyt, why do you want to kill yourself? Don’t you know that I have the power to deliver you from death? ` When I heard voice of God, I began to cry out saying: `Lord, I can’t take this no more`. After that I felt as if a Man`s hand had touched my own hand. Then I felt energised and had strength to leave that place. Few minutes later and just few yards away, I met a friend, whom I had seen in a long time. The guy saw me in that terrible state and decided to call a taxi and took me home.

The same night once I arrived home, the same spirit of death came against me once more causing me to commit suicide. My body was shaking and I was short of breath too. In fact, that devil caused me to inject acid into my body from the car battery that I found in the house by using a syringe. The moment I was about to do so, the Lord told me again: `Medyt, why do you want to kill yourself? Don’t you know that I can deliver you from death? `. I fell on my knees with tears and said: `lord, I just cannot take this any longer`. Few minutes later, I went into my room, knelt down and asked the Lord to take my life away.

Following that turn of events, God appeared to me in the same night. When He came, He started explaining to me why I had to suffer that way.

I remember that night having a vision. In that vision, I was inside the school of God. In that school, I found myself fighting with the shadow of death. After battling with him, I went to the school’s corridor. When I arrived there, I met with Lord Jesus Christ Himself. He then asked me: “where did I come from?” I replied `Lord you know that I come from your school and I fought with the shadow of death`.

Just after saying, the Lord told me: `Medyt, since history began, nobody has entered this school and has come out alive and nobody has taken the way that you have taken`, in addition to that, He said to me: “you have fought against the shadow of death alone and you have overcome!” Then He shook my hands three times and said to me:  “you are a strong man, you are a strong man, and you are a strong man. From today, know that God is with you in everything you do!”  Keep in mind that these things happened in spiritual realm.

After having spoken with the Lord in the supernatural realm, I realized that I still had a terrible health condition in the natural realm.

The same day, precisely on Thursday morning around 5 am, one of our church leaders named `Andrew` was getting ready to go to work.  As he was still seated at his bedside, as in a vision, he saw a bright light coming into his room up to the point that he was almost blinded.  Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared in the middle of the cloud. Then He spoke to him: ` Andrew, Andrew, why don’t you want to pray for my beloved Medyt?  Don`t you know today, he wanted he was about to die today? `

In addition, the Lord said to him: ` for it is because of the work of God that the rulers of the kingdom of darkness of this world have tried to kill him`. Then He added: ` Medyt has utterly dedicated himself into prayer and that is why the devil has attacked him so bad`. Then the Lord reprimanded Brother Andrew afterwards saying: “I appreciate what you do, you preach and do well but the anointing I put on Medyt is so special. Now, go and tell him that he is not going to die, he will live and declare the things that he has seen to the people of his generation”

Notice, this happened on the same night I said to the Lord to take my life away!

Moreover, on Friday of the same week, I went to church for the evening service, then elder Andrew called me and spoke to me about what the Lord showed him the other day. As he was still talking to me, I noticed that he had tears in his eyes. He then said to me: ` thou said the Lord, you will not die but live and declare what you have seen to the people of your generation`.

The same week, on Sunday precisely, I did my best to attend the church service despite the state of my health condition. And when I arrived at the entrance of the church, my spiritual eyes got opened up, and I saw in a vision an angel of the Lord having a white apparel and sword in his right hand. I looked and looked again, and then he disappeared. Suddenly I understood that something good was going to happen to me but something bad will happen to my enemies. .

The whole Sunday service went so well and before it`s ended, elder Andrew called me to come forward for prayer. When I left the place where I was standing at the back of the church, as in a vision, I perceived that the same angel I saw was standing at the right hand side of elder Andrew.

Then the man of God Andrew asked the whole church to stand up and pray for me. As they were praying, elder Andrew stretched forth his hand upon my head, commanding that spirit of death to depart from me. He asked the Lord to heal me from my infirmities.

Just after he had prayed, I felt the power of God going through my head. I felt as if the anointing was operating in me and everything in my body was going back to normal from the top of my head to the sole of my feet. Immediately, felt things fell from eyes like scales and my sight reopened. The swelling and pain had disappeared instantly. My head which I always felt was split inside reclosed itself. My paralysed hand became normal. My breath went back to normal as well.

The lord healed me and rose me up so that I can testify these things to you today.

Later on, I left the church joyfully because my deliverance that took place.

As usual, after service I always passed by a road near a certain Pentecostal church near our church. All of sudden a woman came along shouting: ` This is the hand of God! Who can perform such wonders if not God alone? `After, hearing that, I decided not look back, I pursued my way. However, she followed me behind shouting even louder: ` This is the hand of God almighty! Who else can bring a dead person back to life except the Lord of hosts? `.

This time, I decided to look back and after I having turned back to see her, the Holy Spirit spoke to me in an audible way to confirm what she was saying. He said: ` Medyt do you know that you lost your natural breath long time ago? In reality you were dead, but the breath that you had for the last six months came from me, that you may know that God has power over death`.   

Dear readers, from the day I started having those experiences until now, the Holy Spirit never departed from me. He helped me go through these storms and kept me safe until now that I may testify to you the things that I have seen and that you may also know that Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever more. Amen!

 

The difference between Deliverance and spiritual warfare

The difference between deliverance and spiritual warfare is that deliverance seriously addresses the field of demonic links (For the patient to be released), while spiritual warfare is a form of resistance against the enemy and destruction of his works. Spiritual warfare is to prevail and overcome all the fiery darts of the enemy (Any kind of form of deception, temptation, accusations, wind and attacks from the evil world).

The prayer of deliverance involves the breaking of spiritual laws in earthly realm, tearing up evil strongholds (offensive spiritual warfare) and casting out demons. Spiritual warfare meanwhile, faces three key concepts that the enemy sends against us: temptation, lies and accusations.

Satan sends witches to attack believers by causing them to believe in any kind of lies and accusations against them.

 

Spiritual Warfare: Offensive and Defensive

Spiritual warfare happens in two ways: offensive and defensive.

Offensive warfare is to take down the enemy fortresses created in your mind with lies and accusations, while defensive warfare is to keep you against the wiles of the devil or tactics.

Three main weapons of the enemy

There are three things we can learn in this topic. The Bible tells us, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12

The three primary things are:

(1) - Deception:

Deceiving someone means to make another person believe a lie or something that is not true. When the enemy sends a disappointment in your way, it's an attempt to deceive you by making you believe in something that is not true, that`s when you will fall into error. The fortresses are built by deception. Indeed, a fortress forms when deception is consolidated in the mind of a person. One disappointment is incorrect thinking model that follows to believe in something that is not true.

In the beginning, Satan had deceived Eve into believing that the word of God was not true. In Genesis 3: 4 and Genesis 2:17, the devil told her she would not surely die, but become a god if she ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

(2) - The Temptation:

 The temptation often follows deception. First the enemy said, "You will not die!” Then he made the fruit of the forbidden tree look like something extra ordinary. Since Eve agreed with Satan's deceptions, the tree suddenly she was not supposed to touch seemed very good to her. Thus she was tempted to sin and drawn by her own lusts, as she had initially allowed the enemy to deceive her. We fall into temptation when we are motivated or encouraged to sin in one way or another by our own lusts. James 1: 14-15 says, "But each one of us is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own lust. And when lust hath conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin is accomplished, it brings forth death. "

In the book of Matthew 4, Jesus was led out into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. The devil tried to convince Jesus that he would not be affected if He jumped from a building. Often people are attracted to sex with their boyfriend / girlfriend when the enemy tries to convince them that this is too good and will never affect their spiritual lives; however this will eventually open the door to the devil to destroy their lives.

King David said in Psalm 119: 11 "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."

When the enemy tempts you, he shows you bait but hides behind it a hook. It`s the word of God that allows you to see the hook behind the temptations of the devil.

3) - The Accusations:

 From the beginning Satan is known as the accuser of the children of God. Revelation 12:10. He knows how to put believers into sin and also tormenting them continuously with guilt and condemnation.

Most often the fight in the believer's life happens in his conscience. Satan attacks us through the mind. He brings negative and contrary suggestions to the word of God. To overcome the enemy, you have to keep your conscience pure and strong, because which seems impossible to us is not possible if and only if we learn to refute them in the name of Jesus by declaring words of victory over our situation.

Apostle Paul says in Ephesians 6: 14-17 “Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”

We have two weapons to deal with disappointments: the belt of truth (Ephesians 6:14), and the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) which is the word of God. Yet both are the truth found in God's word, but why they have two different names (sword and belt)? Because we're supposed to be on the defensive (the belt), while the other is used to the attack (sword). This means that God's word is an offensive and defensive weapon. A belt is something you wear to protect against an attack, while a sword is used to cut down the enemy into pieces.

You use the belt of truth (God's word) to guard against lies that the enemy sends your way while you use the sword of the spirit (also called the Word of God) to rip land of the enemy fortresses (that`s to say anything negative in your mind).

With the ever ready shoes to preach the gospel, you match over all the devices of the enemy.

Romans 12: 2 says, " And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” And James 4: 7: “Submit yourselves therefore to God Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”

But it's not that simple; in the same verse, he exhorts us to get closer to God. Therefore I can conclude that the temptation is a dual process that allows us to enter the spiritual atmosphere which combines both spiritual warfare and deep relationship with God in prayer.

So what shall you make of your situation today? Would you accept defeat or would you use the weapons of the spirit to conquer your territory?

I come to you through the power of the Holy Spirit.

I am victorious.

I am more than a conqueror operating with Gods kind of faith.

 I am for signs and wonders and miracles.

Am baptize with favour, the glory of God, the anointing of God, the success of God, the prosperity of God is put upon my life.

I am covered by the blood of Jesus,

The blood of Jesus makes atonement for my soul

The Trinity of Satan

 

     

The spirit of Lucifer, Leviathan and Numeral 

Satan is not the creator, but the deceiver. He copies everything that exists in heaven, for he never created anything. In this chapter, we are going to study about the trinity of Satan.

(1)-The spirit of Lucifer: It is the spirit of anti –Christ or anti-Jesus. It is the spirit that causes conflict, confusion and all the horrible things in the world.

(2)-The spirit of Leviathan. It is the old ancient demon that is responsible for all marines’ activities, for example the spiritual wife or husband and all spiritual warfare. It’s the most stubborn spirit in the Kingdom of darkness. This never quits the battle against someone so easily. It operates in the mermaids and the snakes that are in the rivers. Most people don`t know of those things but they do exist in spiritual realm.

(3)- The spirit of Numeral is the spirit that has all the statistics of the world because it operates with numbers and alphabet. The reason is that everything that is done in this world requires numbers and Alphabet (Email, telephones numbers, Social sites, Identification systems, and media). For example when you put all your details such as date of birth, ID numbers, or other real life information on social networks, Satanists can easily control your life and also track down your family tree. Bear in mind that the police use the same system as well. Discretion is required to avoid being controlled by demons.

The devil does not know everything or everyone in this world, so the purpose of that is to help him control statistics of the world population. Nowadays, whether you quote a name or a product, everything is being used in regards to numbers and alphabet. So, it works mainly with possessing the minds of the people and connecting with them through their names and numbers. This is the power of mind control or the power of the air, also called unicorn. It’s naturally consisted of all sort of black birds and the power of the wind.

So in general, Satan uses the spirit of numeral to access world data base, spiritually and physically.

Satan makes his people believe that he is a god in his kingdom. So for that reason, there is a protocol in the spirit realm. There is what they call the trinity of Satan. His trinity is consisted of Satan, the beast and false prophet. The Second rank is of the principalities, the powers, the rulers and the Lords that rule the universe, including the world. For instance there are continental demons; these demons monitor every single continent. They are responsible of monitoring all activities in each continent. They have the capacities to create poverty, social, political and economic unrest in the region. They send waves epidemic and endemic diseases.

There are also supervising demons that get direction from the continental demon to control every single region of the world, whether in the land, the air or the sea. They have mission to try to stop every move of God not to occur in those areas. Then there are senior demons, those who are monitoring town cities and countries within the continent.

In England for instance, they have three lion’s demons or dragons represented on their flag. Those demons control the land, the sea and the air. So everyone who has God`s purpose is being persecuted and monitored by these demonic spirits. They will fight you if you don’t surrender to them or agree to work with them. No wonder, most people have surrendered to practices of secret societies today, because that’s the only way to survive. If you arrive at the airport for the first time to live in the United Kingdom, monitoring demons will access your data straight away and send them to the powers of the air, and then these powers of the air will connect with the principalities that dwell in the area you would like to live, so that the fight against your life will begin from day one. Sickness and all kind of misery will start coming into your life. They will use the principalities and the rulers in your area to monitor every move of yours. So if you get distracted and stop praying, they will finish you off unless you bow at their feet to worship the devil.

There are also junior demons that work with witches and wizards or also called rulers of darkness. Those demons follow every human being. Their job is to report to the kingdom of darkness what each every one of us does. Note that witches cannot control someone’s life unless he knows what the person does, where he goes and what his plans are. In England for instance, sometimes you may notice black birds following you everywhere you go or in places like stadiums or schools. If you live in those areas, you find out that in homes nearby the stadium or schools, there several satanic agents who live in there. Every time there is an activity going on in these venues, you would see black birds coming out their homes and flying into these venues to operate. Their job is to catch as many people as possible and bind them into darkness. Note that the devil is interested only in those who have big destiny. He wants to destroy them with sicknesses and all kind of misery. He wants to initiate many people into witchcraft and take them to hell. The devil uses witches eyes as monitoring cameras to see in the spirit realm what people do in the natural. He also uses their ears, to hear what people say so that he can ambush them or stop them from progressing in life. Every time a witch person walks in the street, through his eyes, the kingdom of darkness would see everything a long with him. Witches can also set up spiritual screen monitors, also third eye in front of a street or a  house to monitor all that`s happening.

Whether you are rich, poor, young or adult, if you do not have Jesus in your life, you are already under their influence. They will torment you if you do not have God’s protection.

Before they access the lives of people, these demons will operate through lie, lust, anger, bitterness and laziness and once these things influence them, then they would control their mind and destroy their lives.

If you pay attention in each city, you might also notice bizarre statutes in each corner of the street; those are representations of demons that rule in each area. Satanic agents know the spiritual code; they can use it to avoid spiritual conflicts in those areas or access people’s data base so that they can be able to attack them no matter which part of the world this satanic agent comes from.

 

Junior demons are the most important demons in the kingdom of darkness, because they are involved in the day to day activities of human beings and also have the power to invite worse demons such as leviathan spirit to come against individuals.

The tools that enable the devil to succeed his mission are all means of communication. The devil uses the radio, Television, smart phones, internet and more, to know about people and have access into their mind. The Music, internet and movies are the most efficient means of communication to access people’s mind for the Kingdom of darkness. The devil has control over the political, social and economic arena. He controls them through satanic stakeholder’s agents in those arenas.

In churches, he has more agents who work for him. Many false prophets with one purpose in mind bind the eyes of the Christian by preaching fake word and performing fake miracles.

How can they destroy a church or a ministry? … If someone has God`s power, the devil will wait until the ministry grows big before he does everything in his power to bring it down. He will cause the pastor to crave powers instead of grace. He will bring beautiful women in order to switch off the flame of God in them. Pride is the most powerful weapon of the devil, because once the servant of God becomes proud and refuses to hear from God, the devil would destroy him. Anger, fear and money can be weapons of mass destruction too. So we must watch so that we fall not into temptation. Demonic spirits can supply the pastor with more power to rule. He can use people in the church to cause frustration and revolt or also the pastor’s household to create conflict among them.

If there`s  laziness or weakness in them, demons of laziness can start controlling them in order to drag them away from God’s presence through wasting time, using the internet for no good purpose, or watching TV.

The book of Colossians 2:10 declares: “And ye are complete in him (Jesus), which is the head of all principality and power. Again, from verses 13 to 15 of the same book:  “When you were dead in your sins and in the un-circumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having cancelled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.”

The book of Ephesians 6:10-18 also says:  “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for the entire Lord’s people.”
